Here at St. Barnabas, we have a weekly drive-thru/walk-thru food pantry open to the public. We are not government funded and we rely on donations only. We give out what we have on Wednesdays 9:30am -11:00 am during the months from August through May in the church parking lot. We serve approximately 25-30 families weekly. We also serve the area homeless at any given time. We provide Thanksgiving Meals and Christmas Meals as well. For more information, please contact Cathy Hayden by emailing the church office at [email protected].
Volunteers: Volunteers for the Food Pantry are needed to help organize, prepare and distribute the donations. For more information, please contact the Church Office at (205) 833-0334 or [email protected].
Donations: All donations are greatly appreciated. To make a donation to the food pantry, click HERE for our online giving portal and select Food Pantry from the FUND dropdown menu. You are also welcome to call the church office to drop off your non perishable donations.
